Payment for services is due upon invoice. We accept mada, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your account as per the agreed rates.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime SLA. In case of service disruption exceeding our SLA, credits will be applied to your account. We provide 24/7 support via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
All content, features, and functionality on Cardni are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our express written permission.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi Arabian courts. Cardni operates under SAMA and CITC regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
